Shipping

Due to our location shipping is done ONCE a week, generally on tuesday or wednesday.


The Basics

  • Packages are shipped in the order received
  • priority and express mail options are available, please Contact us for pricing
  • we do our best to get all items out quickly, please keep in mind this is all done (almost) entirely by one lady.

DOMESTIC : U.S. SHIPPING
The average processing time from receiving the order to packaging the shipment is 5-10 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays )

Custom stamping or personalized items may take longer.

  • Once your order is created and packaged it will be shipped out First Class mail with Insurance. 
  • First class mail can take anywhere from 2-7 days business days to arrive once shipped (this does not include weekends or holidays)
  •  If you need an item by a certain time it is your responsibility to contact us prior to ordering to make sure that it is possible. All items are shipped in the order received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : World-Wide - International packages are sent First Class mail and are NOT insured unless requested.

  • Current pricing for international items does NOT include insurance - uninsured items are NOT eligible for refunds if lost or damaged.
If you would like to insure your item, we can happily do that! Contact us when you place your order and we will send you an invoice, via paypal for the additional shipping costs. (orders do not ship until invoice is paid)

  • Osteal is not responsible for any customs fees charged by your country. Please note, due to customs regulations you may need to pick your item up directly from your local post office. 

Please track your package, we will email you the customs/tracking number when your order ships.

  • International packages can take  from 2-6 weeks to arrive. This is  additional to any design/creation time. The average processing time is 5-10 business days.


- IMPORTANT

Shipping Damage - If the item was damaged during shipping we are more than happy to refund you the full amount. Make sure to keep the package and to show the damage to an employee at your local post office, please report the damage to the USPS.

We will need to file a claim with the USPS and will need your cooperation. Please contact us immediately if your item has been damaged in the mail. We will also need photos of the damaged package and item.
