No refunds/exchanges on custom orders

Refunds are only given for items damaged/lost via the postal service (insured packages only), Please see the Shipping Page for more Information.

Cancellations : MUST contact us within 5 days of Ordering.

+ Once your order has shipped you cannot cancel your order.

+ If your order has shipped and you need a refund due to EMERGENCY reasons you must return the ENTIRE UNOPENED package.  Your order must be in original shipping packaging, sealed and unopened in ANY way, for a refund. Buyer pays return shipping for voluntary cancellation.

NO I will not 'remake' a piece of jewelry made by another shop/person
